A question about concealor

Does concealer go on before or after foundation? Am puzzling out what to do with my makeup for wedding tomorrow. Got the hang of my eyes now. Concealer is a bit for my eye bags and some for my rather red nose.

I do mine before and after! I do my dark circles before, then foundation (I use mineral powder foundation, might be better to do after if you are using liquid foundation or similar), then if I have to cover any spots, I dot them after, and use Touche Eclat round my nose shadows after as well.

Concealer before and then if you think you need a little more coverage add foundation carefully on top but the thought is foundation will wipe away the concealer when you apply the foundation.

I'm using a mineral powder foundation and liquid concealer.

Ironically a spot seems to be appearing on the tip of my nose. This always seems to happen on nice occasions and I've decided it prob happens to everyone else too. Therefore a carefully placed spot has to be the facial accessory to wear to weddings. I shall be discretely peering at other ladies faces tomorrow to see if my theory is true.
