Numbing cream for lip fillers

I have lip filler once a year - mainly to fill out the lines around my lips (I have always been a non-smoker so will not call them smoking lines). Until now I have used a female doctor who did aesthetics and she always used to give me a dental block - four injections inside my mouth, in the gums under the lips. I have never felt a thing and have been very pleased with the results. But the lady has retired and the new person I have booked into see does not do dental blocks as she tells me the syringes she uses are micro fine and the filler contains anaesthetic, so I wont feel a thing. But, mmmm I am worried. Does anyone use a numbing cream before they have fillers - if so please share the name of it. Thank you
