Longshot but navy dress from JoJo for 2 year old!

It's my daughter's first wedding and I bought it for her age but it's too small and we need a size up. She also loved twirling about in it (but with all the buttons undone at the back)

I don’t see that one anywhere in a 2-3 but seen another couple of cute navy ones which could be a backup option?
