Teenage skincare

Please can you tell me your go to skincare products for your teens. One of my daughters has a lot of small breakouts, especially on her T zone, my other daughter’s skin seems fairly normal. They’re so sucked in with all the skincare stuff shown on tik tok which is no good for their young skin and a lot of it is expensive too. Saying that, I see adverts for different products and wonder if it’s any good! I’ve just seen an advert for indu which looked nice, but would love to hear from others what they use. TIA ☺️

My daughter whose 14 swears by the Ordinary skincare. It's not expensive and you can get it from boots.

I get the Superdrug me+ salicylic acid face wash and ceramides moisturiser for my son (13, odd spots but not too bad)
It's not expensive and the moisturiser is lovely and leaves a great finish. I use it too!

Lots of teen skincare is harsh and can strip their skin, making spots worse. I've used this for my boys, it can clear their skin in a few days and is gentle enough to use all the time www.greenpeople.co.uk/products/oy-clear-skin-foaming-face-wash-100ml

The Ordinary is good, I agree. The squalane cleanser is good for every day. I think they have an oat cleanswer too which is probalby good. I see lots of dermatologists recommending Cerave for teenagers - it was a bit harsh for DS, but he has quite sensitive skin. I have got one of those multi acid anti bacteria ones from Neutrogena which I encourage him to use twice a week or so.
