What accessories with this dress?

I'm going to a house party next weekend and I think it's going to be a slightly more on the glam side.
I've got this dress from last year which looks good on me, but I don't know how to accessorice it to a house party situation. I wouldn't want to wear heels and I might need something to cover up my arms if it's chilly. I was thinking of black opaque tights and platform heels perhaps and a black cardigan?
I'm only short so it sits just above the knee for me.

Or should I look for something else? I don't really have time to go shopping but might have time for ordering online. I'm 5ft 1 and size 8. Any suggestions?

Gorgeous dress. I think tights and cardigan sound like a good idea. If people are a bit more dressed down you can keep the cardigan on, if dressed up take it off....
