I know it’s only October but my November will be pretty hectic and my first Christmas ‘do’ is the first week of December so trying to get ahead.
I’ve just had a wardrobe sort out and feel that the tops I’ve worn for Christmas festivities over the last few years have seen better days. Plus I’ve lost a bit of weight this year so the couple that are still in decent condition are a bit big.
I am looking for something that would work for Christmas meals with various groups of friends; drinks party with neighbours and at home for Christmas Day.
I’m hoping to lose more weight so don’t want to spend a fortune, I’m happy to buy from Vinted once I’ve decided what I’m looking for given that hopefully the top will be too big the following year. But I really don’t know what I’m looking for so would appreciate some help.
I’m 5’4 and a 14 (now more towards a 13 than 16)
I prefer autumnal colours (no pinks/pastel colours). Black is my go to and will still consider it but am trying to be less ‘safe’ with colour.
Will probably be worn with black skinny jeans or velvet jeans (which sound disgusting I know but they honestly are lovely)
I need a lower neck line else I look ‘all bust’ but don’t want to to show too much cleavage
I easily get really hot so although I don’t have the best upper arms, would probably prefer sleeveless. Or sleeves if a cooler material.
Don’t want too tight fitting due to lumps and bumps so tunic style or a loose vest would be preferred. Or any other style you think meets the criteria!
I'd appreciate specific links if possible, otherwise a description of what you think would fit the bill. As said I'm happy to consider Vinted as long as looks like new, so if anyone fancies helping with a Vinted search that would also be appreciated.
