Gold or silver jewellery for green outfit?

I'm off to a 50th birthday party this weekend. I've bought this green jumpsuit. It's a bit more green than it looks on the picture - less teal and more Xmas tree colour 🤣

Do I go with a gold or silver necklace for this? And a long necklace (pendant that sits just on/under the bust) or shorter one (not a pendant one, more like a chain that sits on clavicle)?

The vibe of the party is "glam".

Is that a sleeve or just an asymmetric boob tube at the top? I would think no necklace if it’s a one shoulder sleeve.

I like green and gold together. I’d go for big earrings, no necklace and some bangles.

think @BleachedJumper nailed it. Gold, statement earrings, bangles if you have them.

Copper-coloured or rose gold would work well too.

It's like a strip of material that does over one shoulder but it kind of touches, doesn't lie flat on my shoulder. I'm at work so can't send a pic of me in it!

Skin tone - pale! Unfortunately not flaming red hair!!

Honestly I would base the choice of gold or silver on your skin tone rather than the colour of the dress.

both would look ok, what the actual necklace looks like would be more important. Also I agree with NO necklace and possibly glam earrings instead!

I feel nervous about no necklace. I'm a very necklace sort of person and it feels a bit blocky without one - big block of green, big block of skin with nothing to break it up. But I'll defer to your expert advice and brave it without a necklace!

It's gorgeous on. I agree with no necklace. Will your hair be up or down? A glam up do with stemmed earrings would look amazing. You can also go to town on your make up. Bold eyes or bold lips.

I wouldn’t wear a necklace with that I’d go for earrings and a bracelet or bangle.

I'll have hair up with a few wispy curls framing my face. I'm thinking of a side bun (bun on the opposite side from the sleeve/strap thing). If I can do it.

I'll do winged eyeliner. Red lips.

I'm off to find a nice bangle and dramatic silver earrings this morning. I have an antique Victorian bangle but it's filthy and I don't think I can get a professional clean before tomorrow night. Never mind - I'll see what Next had to offer 😅
