Hannah Fry's lips jumper... is it Markus Lupfer?

Hannah was wearing this particularly lovely jumper in a couple of Insta posts and I feel like it might be Markus Lupfer or similar? Hannah wears a lot of Lupfer, Bella Freud etc quirky jumpers, so have been searching in that area, without success. Can anyone help? Think it might be a year old or more, based on Insta dates.

Thanks, but that one's a bit different. I've also been looking at Lulu Guinness, who also enjoys a lips motif. No joy yet!

Keep your eye on vinted that have quite a collection of Markus Lupfer jumpers. I'm amazed at how low the resale value for them is so either people don't love them when they get them or there's a huge problem with fakes
