Alternatives to Decleor cleansing milk

Hi I'm looking for an alternative to Decleor cleaning milk. I'm not overly familiar with the brand but I know it used to feature on QVC quite a bit when it was around.
Can anyone recommend a cleanser/toner duo for someone mid 70s that used to use decleor religiously until it was discontinued. Thanks

I don't know what that is, never tried it. And the thing I love isn't a toner, but I think you can buy it separately for the product I just adore. So I'll just share anyway, incase you just adore it too. It's edelweiss face cleansers and other edelweiss products from the body shop. Best cleanser I ever had
