Vancouver and Whistler At Xmas

Hiya
I am lucky enough to be spending Xmas and new year in Vancouver and Whistler. I have no clue what to pack as first time to Canada in winter.
We are there 2 weeks and staying with family.
I am 5'10 and size 18 which always makes shopping a bit more difficult. Also a size 9 shoe.

Can anyone please give me ideas of what I need as i want to get a packing list. Thanks x

Will you be skiing? Whistler was rainy and icy when I was there. If you feel the cold, then thermals, hand warmers and proper insulated outer wear. Technical fabrics are great and not thick.

Gloves, socks, hat, woollen scarf, jumpers, jeans, waterproof jacket, walking boots with traction soles for snow and ice, sunblock, sunglasses. Nothing much different from what you would wear in Scotland in winter. 😎
