Can anyone help me with bra sizing?

I've just bought a bikini and the top has come a bit small.

I bought it in my normal bra size 34E but cup size is a little small and also a tiny bit small across the back.

Now, I know it seems obvious to just go up to a 36F to get the bigger size, but I know this isnt right. There's some weird way of going up and down in bra sizes and it isnt as straightforward as I thought!

Does anyone know how to work it out and what size I should order - I cant try them on because I have bought it online.

someone said on here last week that Rigby and Peller achieve the tits up and firm look by going down back sizes and going up lots of cup sizes.

I have never done this though.

bra sizes are a 'mare.

I have a small ribcage and in normal shops I'm now a 38H - if I went to rigby and peller I just know I would be a 32M or something

Id say 34F - when you go up a cup size, the band size also gets a little bigger. Its not an exact science Im afraid, but Ive a few years experience in bra fitting.

oooh hana and lmc - now i'm confused - dont know whether to go to a 36 or just to a 34F - does the cup size really make the band bigger?
