I'd really like some wide leg cords but with room for my belly
Anyone got any ideas?

I just bought some in the style you mentioned from Marks and Spencer recently. They have them in brown and green. They may have other colours too! Work great for me

StarsBeneathMyFeet · 05/10/2024 14:09

Oh yes I have three pairs of M&S cords - mustard yellow, forest green and chocolate 😀 I’m curvy with a tum. They are really comfy and last well. I’ve had my oldest pair 5 years!

Look up the Red Button brand (Dutch I think). I have cords and some jeans from them and they are really comfortable and great fit.

Thanks so much!

Marks and Spencer wide leg cords - I have them in black, blue, dark brown and burgundy. I'm a size 16 short leg and they're very comfortable and look ok I think!

I've got ma and s needkecords, and Boden thicker ones as well as some Uniqlo culottes. All fine on my size 16 frame

GameOfJones · 05/10/2024 19:08

I just bought some from Uniqlo and am really pleased with them.

Seasalt have these. Swiss up to leave room for arse and tum

whenemmafallsinlove · 05/10/2024 19:10

Size up!

SpyOfHut6 · 05/10/2024 19:12

I bought the sea salt ones a couple of weeks ago and think they’re quite generous, wish I had sent them back for a smaller size.

DogPoolPeggy · 05/10/2024 19:46

I don't really know what size I am right now.
Am in the process of losing weight and am currently 11st and 5ft5.

I might make a trip to town to M&S and try some on

They come up big on me. I'm a size 14 everywhere else but need 12 in M&S cords. I reckon you might be a 10 as I'm a stone heavier than you.

I’m the same height, 10 st 7 and have some lovely cords from Lands End in a 12 that fit nicely!

Whitewolf2 · 05/10/2024 20:29

I bought these last week in black from
Next and they are so comfy! www.next.co.uk/style/su263031/b48720#b48720

Edited

There's no way on earth I'm a 10. I carry ALL my wright on my belly with a big overhang :(

I really like the Westbourne cord trousers from Boden. I have two pairs, one navy and one mustard gold. I was sceptical but they fit really nicely and are warm and stylish.

NCfor24 · 05/10/2024 22:29

I've just got the Halara cords with stretchy waist and they're great

luckylavender · 06/10/2024 16:07

I have some lovely teal ones I bought from Lucy & Yak last year. They're lovely.
