help me choose something nice for my birthday

it's not until mid june. We are just doing afternoon drinking in the sunshine, followed by a sleepover at my house. I have a million pairs of jeans but no nice tops to go with them. I don't want a t shirt. Any ideas? or should I go for a dress? It would have to be quite a casual dress if such a thing exists. And it would have to go with these sandals.

I am rubbish at choosing clothes.

If I get a top I would like a red one, not too low cut and not strappy.

I have no idea about dresses, not too expensive and not too long, other than that I don't know.

help me please!!! before I spend all the money I have set aside for this on something exciting like food or bills!

maybe a bit smart ofr the pub in the afternoon buts its your birthdya fgs girl! and one can never be overdressed IMO

I will look very odd when all my friends turn up in t shirts and trainers...I'm not sure I care though.
