Holland Cooper Coats - worth the price?

I’m looking for a smart raincoat for work, and fallen in love with this from Holland Cooper.
only thing is the price 😬😬it’ll be more than I’ve ever spent on a rain Mac, so wondering if anyone can give an opinion on the quality?
Anyone recommend them, and justify the cost?

The coats are lovely quality. I’d been considering buying one of their Marlborough coats and finally bought it very recently, it frankly gets a lot of compliments and jealous looks! The coat I have was never reduced on Black Friday etc., but that one might be.

If you're near bicester village they have a discount store. I saw a beautify ling checked coat a few months ago. It was still 800 in the sale but gorgeous. Worth a look if your close enough

for those who have bought one, is the sizing true to size?

Lots of shops at Bicester will post to you (free, in my experience), if you’re sure of what you want - worth enquiring.

I’m normally an 8, sometimes even 10, but size 6 fit me best in the Marlborough coat.

Sign up to be a member/account holder on their website and you get access to the outlet section, they usually have a selection on coats in there which are discounted. I’ve got a few HC bits that are all good quality and wearing/washing well.

I find the coats come up quite narrow and long. Try one on if you can before purchasing, they have stands at horse events etc, I follow the brand and Jade h-c on insta.

I have a jacket for winter. I love it so warm and great quality

Have signed up for the Outlet on their website, but that particular coat isn’t discounted.

I’m def going to get one- will wait until Black Friday to see if in the sale, but if not, think I’ll just bite the bullet and get it anyway.

I can’t find one of the coats to fit, they are made for taller women, I’m only 5” 2”

so there ends up with loads of baggy material between my under arm and waist in a 12 , but the 10 is no good as it won’t go across my bust 38” but fits my waist well, :( , I thought of buying the 12 and getting a tailor to alter it but am afraid they might rain it and they are quite expensive.

@Debdorset5 , they don't fit me either (or the trousers / skirts), I stick with the jumpers.

I posted the above..they still had them jist before Xmas!
