What sort of coat do I want?

I need a new winter coat, something warm, smart and with a hood. No fur or fluff or anything like that. Not padded. Shaped like military style or something similar. Cover my bum.
Any ideas?

From experience of looking it is very difficult to find a military style coat with a hood. Have you had a look at horse riding clothing sites, they have structured coats which maybe what you are looking for maybe.

Have you tried Superdry or Hobbs?

I'm glad it's not just me not getting the style I want, super dry material doesn't feel great to me but I'll look at hobb's, thanks
