It's lovely, what's the occasion?

Shoes: probably just black court shoes - or sock boots. Occasion - I'm going to the US in a couple of months and want to be smart without being overdressed. And thank you - I liked it in the shop but the photograph makes me look a bit hippy. As in wide of hip, not bohemian.
