Breastfeeding/postpartum fashion advice?

Hi all. I’m 3 months PP and need help on how to dress my new PP body (mostly boobs!) in a way that is breastfeeding friendly please.

I’ve gained some weight so am a size bigger than I was pre-pregnancy but my biggest issue is my new huge boobs. They’re out of proportion with the rest of me despite the overall weight gain and I really struggle to find things that suit them. I’m quite a modest person and wouldn’t feel confident showing them off, it’s more that I’d rather make them look smaller if possible. However, I still need to be able to breastfeed easily in them when out and about so can’t just hide them away completely. I tried some dresses with buttons and a belt but the belt just made my boobs look even bigger as it accentuated them. It reminded me of Miss Trunchbull to be honest. It could be that I’m not used to them being big so my eye is drawn to them more but it would just be nice to feel nice again. I am looking to lose weight but due to the breastfeeding that will very much be slow and steady so don’t want to just wait around before I feel ok in myself. I always struggle with fashion and style so this is a big challenge for me.

Any ideas?

Hi, congrats on your baby! When I was nursing, I lived in button down shirts and cardigans. Easy access.

I do understand your plight, however. I would recommend US based retailer Roolee. They have a breastfeeding friendly section called Roolee Mom.

They ship internationally via DHL and their clothing quality is quite good. A lot of the items are made in the US and not Asia.

Good luck!
