Colourful fashion for the workplace? Help??

I work in creative field which means I can get away with quite out there clothes in the office. I like colourful, casual clothes with interesting patteens, and especially 90s fashion. Actual sportswear or anything revealing would be a step too far, but I am not sure where to get clothes like this that won't break the bank! I am late 20s and a size 8. Thanks in advance.

Can't recall 90s fashion very well!
