How do you order Tret from dermica or Skin and Me???

I filled in their form thing but Skin and Me never recommended Tret and Dermica wanted me to put in my card details to sign up to a monthly subscription without telling me what I am buying.

What am I missing? How do their sites work?

I currently get Tret from an independent beauty place but its really pricey. I am early 50s so its not like I am a 20 year old trying to buy something of no use to me yet.

I get my tret from Dermatica but I honestly can't remember what happened on my first order. They usually email me my prescription and get me to agree to it before they ship it so I've never received anything without agreeing to it.
Maybe get in touch with customer services to ask-they are very good.

What did you say your concerns were? Did you say you already used tret? I started four years ago with Dermatica and said I was already a tret user so they started me on 0.05.

I agree they have good customer service. One of my bottles wouldn't work and I basically smashed it up before waiting for their advice on how to sort out the airlock and they just sent me a new one.

I've emailed Dermatica and had no response. My concerns are ageing and fine lines. Typical stuff. I did say I had used tret before.

I just did an online consultation with Skin and Me and they recommended Tret. I haven’t used it before.
