My cleanser/make-up remover is 10yrs old...I guess I need a new one...help me please

I was working out when I brougt my bottle of cleanser and it has to be 10+yrs ago.

I guess it is bad for me to continue using it isn't it?

What do I buy? Cheap and cheerful and available in Tescos please?
