I'm 44 and have very fine thin hair and always have it's like baby hairs as some described it.
It's doesn't grown past my ra strap and hover somewhere armpit to bra strap.
It very fragile due to its fineness. The hair dresser did a strength test / stand test on it and said she didn't want to use bleach and would use wella magma instead.
So I had balayage with dyed roots (5-6) and magma on the ends to give a caramel's balayage look. She said to wasn't possible to go lighter due to the fragility -but the magma was bleach as it needed to lighten it. So why can't I go lighter if magma bleach are the same thing?
Also last time ( I had a trim) she said I need to use a treatment on the ends as they were dry. What kind of treatment?
In a bit fed up with my hair it seems boring!! And now the grey are coming I need to have roots done too. There's very few grey but they stand out a mile!
