How to wear off the shoulder tops

I have bought an off the shoulder bardot style top to wear to an event where I need to look a bit country and Western but I can't work out how I can wear it and keep it on my shoulders unless I don't use my arms!

Is there a trick I don't know about? Or do I have to just keep yanking it down every time I try and move?

I think this is probably why I have never owned one before!

a) walk like a penguin

b) Wear a strapless bra and use double sided tape on it to keep it up.

c) just wear a shirt with some fray detail and keep your shoulders warm.
