Teeth whitening - where to start? What actually works?

Hey everyone,

I’m just back from the dentist and despite a scale and polish, my teeth just always look very naturally yellow.

I’d to try whitening, but have no idea where to start and ideally don’t want to spend a ton of cash or any cash on stuff that doesn’t work.

Advice please 🤗

Go back and talk to your dentist about teeth whitening. There is nothing you can legally buy on line or over the counter that is legally allowed to have enough of the whitening ingredients to work.

Only a dentist can provide legal, safe effective whitening.

I paid £300 for whitening through my dentist and my god the difference! Worth every penny.

Is bleach involved if you have whitening at the dentist?

It’s carbamine peroxide or hydrogen peroxide that is the whitening agent.

You need trays made of your teeth and then you put a little special gel in them at night time
