Can anyone recommend a good leave in conditioner

So I have really fine hair that gets so tangled when I get out of the shower. I have spent a fortune on different sprays but none work and when I am brushing my damp hair I then lose loads more hair 😭 I already lose loads of hair a day and have had bloods etc done and all normal. So my question is has anyone else with thin hair found a good leave in conditioner that actually works? Thanks ☺️

The Giovanni direct leave in is good, really light
Make sure you brush from the bottom up and use something like a denman paddle brush or wet brush

Revlon One, is really good at detangling and doesn't weigh hair down.

Brush your hair in the shower while it has conditioner in. Use a tangle teaser or wet brush. Rinse out the conditioner but don’t rinse too thoroughly, you want the hair to feel clean but not squeaky clean. Then try not to brush hair while wet, wait till it’s mostly dry.

I have similar hair to you, that also comes out easily, and this works a lot better than any leave in conditioner.

Comb your hair while conditioner is on whilst in the shower to detangle. Rinse carefully. Then get moisture out by squeezing with a towel and then blow dry so hair is not soaking before spraying detangler and brushing gently with a paddle brush or wide toothed comb.

I like this spray - www.marksandspencer.com/nutriplenish-vitamin-leave-in-conditioner-spray-250ml/p/hbp60449073

Don't brush damp. Pat dry, apply leave in conditioner and wrap it in a turban.

Tangle teezer when it's dry.

I finger comb my hair when conditioning my hair which helps. For a leave on conditioner I use a Garnier one in a tube and then on a morning use the Aussie spay(Moisture is in the title) as a styling aid.

I use L'Oréal dream lengths shampoo and conditioner. Then use their heat protector spray when I blow dry. I find these help with the tangles.
Putting an actual leave in conditioner in my hair weighs it down and can actually make it harder to brush I can find
