Brand Alley - what are the alternatives

I have been buying some clothes and beauty products from Brand Alley, all good and discounted, but it’s made me wonder what the alternatives / competitors are and what else is on offer, especially as we head towards Christmas.
Could you let me know if you use any similar sights so I can have a look at their offers? Many thanks!

Tkmaxx often stocks the same brands as BrandAlley but cheaper - eg Neom/Boden/sweaty Betty are always cheaper on TKmaxx than BrandAlley, sometimes I’ve had success with waiting after I see something on BrandAlley and finding it a few weeks later cheaper on Tkmaxx, but it’s not always the case of course!

Not clothing but I've had damaged items and missing items from them.

Interesting re TKMaxx, my local branch tends to look a bit like a jumble sale on a bad day, but I have been told that if you can get there early morning there are good products at good prices.
I have looked at all the cosmetics there, but a lot of them are opened, not sure if it is people just checking what’s in the box or actually opening the product. I probably just need to find and try a better branch.

Oh no! How have you found their customer services in dealing with this?

I have not had any issues (so far), but I do think their p&p is a bit pricey if you just want one item and was hoping that avoided what you have encountered, although given the way some couriers operate these issues are probably inevitable.

Yes Brand alley P&P is expensive and you have to pay to send stuff back so I never chance it with clothes

BrandAlley used to be really good before Covid, but I don't think I've bought anything from there for years. They used to sell a far wide selection of brands
Tk Maxx online is often far better these days. Buy the make up online so it hasn't been tampered with.

Yes, I noticed this. I agree it means you wouldn’t chance buying something that may not fit. I have looked at some shoes on there, but high postage and a return charge means that I wouldn’t chance it.

Thanks for this!
I hadn’t realised they were online - I have now had a look and they have quite a varied selection.
