Volume and shine hair mousse/spray?

I've got a long journey coming up and would like to wash hair, apply product and put it up then reach my destination with nice looking hair when I shake it out!

Any favourites for a shine and volume product? Fine hair, uncoloured.

Thanks; after I posted this I thought perhaps I might not be suitable anyway as I don't blow dry my hair, think it may need blow drying to activate?

I'll have a look at boots and aveda this week as they have a store near work!
