ugh

ahh but the question is, what colour????

dinny · 19/04/2008 17:57

no, they're great, so handy

am getting some white ones this year, have brown ones atm

Hassled · 19/04/2008 17:57

Hate them - they look awful.

(But secretly think I'd love some for gardening, the beach etc)

dinny · 19/04/2008 17:58

they look OK, so long as you have nice brown legs

posieflump · 19/04/2008 17:58

they're everywhere now though, it's like the Mum uniform round here, along with fleeces

you will love them!

onepieceoflollipop · 19/04/2008 18:02

Personally I hate them. Any colour or style, just don't like them at all. Would rather go barefoot.

DarrellRivers · 19/04/2008 18:03

i'm tempted by these alice ones

I wear them for work,I work nights so no one can see them.
They are bloody comfy though.

I agree they are fugly but I love my pair. I bought them strictly for festival use but I secretly wear them as often as I can...so comfy and practical.

PersonalClown · 19/04/2008 18:06

I've got these on order!!

I've just got a new pair of white converse low tops to balance out my karma so that should placate the Fish.

I just got some croc-lookalikes - from the local garden centre for £3 .....

They are great for just bimbling around at home and for gardening (but can't imagine they are much use with a spade or a fork ).

They look naff - but who cares !

DarrellRivers · 19/04/2008 18:11

oh i disagree Vc, crocs normal just ugly
those alice ones, a bit like jelly shoes

PersonalClown · 19/04/2008 18:11

VP- I have These.
Do be warned that they are quite a slim fit.
I own about 5 pairs of Converse.

hercules1 · 19/04/2008 18:13

I have a slightly cheaper imitation which when trying on crocs and these prefered the cheaper ones. Mine are red, look horrible but so practical.
