I know its my fault. Should have said something at the time etc ...
I've been with my hairdresser for years. She's very busy so her no 2 did my colour but she couldn't cut it though . The blow dry was a disaster and I was charged for it. My fault again as I believed it was just dryng off the ends. Its like a birds nest today. I'm fumming (at myself) .
I'm not going back. Would you?
