CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 14:49

I find Next doesn't fit me too well though, even the petite stuff
trousers usually too long between waist and crotch

OP posts:
CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 14:50

OP posts:
nailpolish · 18/04/2008 14:58

ts petite

nailpolish · 18/04/2008 14:59

dp

CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 15:03

ooh yes np
these ones from TopShop look good

OP posts:
CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 15:08

might have to get myself down to TopSHop
unless I dare order without trying on first....

now I really do think some websites are missing a trick by not recommending stuff to go with trousers etc
that would be a big help

OP posts:
nailpolish · 18/04/2008 15:12

principles petite can be nice too

nailpolish · 18/04/2008 15:13

[[http://www.principles.co.uk/fcp/departmentprod/DEPARTMENT/PETITE-TROUSERS?resetFilters=true look]

nailpolish · 18/04/2008 15:13

look

Beetroot · 18/04/2008 15:15

here

CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 15:19

hmm quite like the white ones (minus the rather yucky belt)
am not sure about white trousers generally though
anything that shows your pants is dodgy IMO

OP posts:
CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 15:20

those look nice beetroot
stripes must be v. fine as don't show up on my screen at all

OP posts:
nailpolish · 18/04/2008 15:27

i think the red principles ones look really nice

CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 15:40

am too pasty to wear anything red!
atm anyway

btw np as a fellow short person, do you ever wear cropped trousers? do you think they're ok or just make you look shorter?

OP posts:
nailpolish · 18/04/2008 15:43

i wear cropped trousers but only tight ones - like a pair of skinny jeans rolled up or pedal pushers or the like

not baggy ones, tempting tho it is in the hot summer!

Beetroot · 18/04/2008 15:48

yes they are fine.
have a jacket that matches
I ahve apair

nailpolish · 18/04/2008 15:49

like this but in summer with flippy flops

nailpolish · 18/04/2008 15:50

wouldnt be seen dead in these

nailpolish · 18/04/2008 15:51

capri ones are nice

what do yo think?

CatIsSleepy · 18/04/2008 15:55

actually i wear straight leg jeans rolled up too
I look weird in wide cropped trousers

skirt length is tricky too

this is why I live in jeans most of the time! it's getting dull now though

I do have one fab pair of linen trousers I bought in French conn a few years ago-thick linen, jeans sort of shape- I think I will wear the darned things out soon though

Beetroot, there is a FC near my work, I might pop in and have a look
£££ though!
though if they look nice on am inclined to think what the hell
