Gatwick North Terminal departures duty free, the Clinique rep was fantastic. Attentive, helpful, a real pleasure.

I was very surprised by fantastic service from 3 different staff members in Sephora at the Trafford Centre recently. They each helped me and my daughter, colour matched us and recommended suitable products for tween skin whilst advising her on how to use and what to avoid. I actually wrote to the customer services email address afterwards to say what a great experience we had. Sadly though the customer care team let things down by replying to my email with opening times and how to book in store services. They hadn’t actually read what I had written properly.
