Best shape wear to hide mum tum anyone pls?

Just that really.
It's my grand daughter's christening next weekend and I've piled on the pounds this year. Im wearing a pure white wrap dress so needs to be nude and I'd really like to see a waist and lose my mum tum for a few hours if possible.
I'm a bit nervous about them rolling down
I had a black pair once and they were amazing until I tried to sit down !
My legs are fine it's literally just my menopausal / wine tummy so would appreciate any recommendations for decent pair of shape wear knickers pls !
Are Spanx really the best ?

Keep getting ads on my social media for Shapermint but never heard of them or know anyone who wears them to know if they're any good or not! When I searched on here, threads had been started asking about them but often had no responses!

Skims waist trainer is what you need, no rolling down and so comfortable to wear! Also comes in lots of shades of nude.

The Spanx high waisted knickers are much more comfortable than the awful shorts, and I find them effective. You could also try a ‘wear your own bra’ control slip. Next do a good one. No rolling down and good under dresses.

I've seen the m&s slip mentioned on here previously as being good with dresses. Not used it myself but have used their high waisted shape wear knickers which are good.

I have this one in multiple colours and love it. It's ridiculously comfortable and cheap too!

You need something slightly cinched beneath the bust. Not as dramatic as empire line, probably, but in that mould.
