Sebaceous Hyperplasia, can someone recommend a good glycolic acid?

Just before 50 one or two of these bumps started popping up near my nasolabial fold and I remember reading somewhere that glycolic acid toner + tret might work in gradually removing them.
Looking for product recommendations, I have sensitive fair skin and never used glycolic acid or tret.
Mild retinol with good results + spf 50 + Aveeno exfoliant cleanser (great!) is basically my entire current skincare routine.
Many thanks in advance.

Following, I have one on my cheek, using Indeed Reface and The ordinary glycolic acid, nothing to report so far
