Help me find the perfect dress...

...for an event similar to a wedding but not a wedding...needs to be smart, not too low cut and arms covered, I weigh more than i'd like and an on the busty side. Approx size 16. Needs to hide wobbly stomach. Please help! I've trawled so many websites and nothing jumps out at me! Budget up to £75.
