How to permanently eradicate chin hair

Has anyone managed to get rid of their chin hairs? Mine seem to have exploded and it's making me very self conscious.

I've tried IPL but it doesn't touch my chin hair. I'm currently considering diode laser treatment or electrolysis. Has anyone done either and did they work? Or if you've found something else that works I'd love to know

Electrolysis if it's fair. Or laser if dark.

Honestly though, chin hair is difficult as it's hormonal. Everywhere else I had electrolysis (lip, side of neck), it needed a few sessions and never came back. For the chin, I get it zapped a few times, then am back within the next couple of years for more zapping, presumably where different follicles have decided to go rogue.
