Please please help me I am panicking!

I need a dress for my hen night, which is in two weeks time. I have been looking for ages and can't find anything I like.

I am 5'5, size 14 with medium length black hair.

I like emerald green although not restricted to that colour. Halterneck suits my frame, but nothing with a round neck as that makes my norks look huge.

Please please help I have NOTHING to wear!

Would I have to tape my norks up if the dress is backless and how do you do it?

Would a halterneck give your boobs enough of a boost or do you need more oomph? I know that Ultimo do some undies which claim to give really good hidden support.
