im currently trying to be brave and wear things that are a little out of my comfort zone. I’m very much a blue jeans kind of girl.

anyway I saw these trousers in primark recently (well the all black version) tried them on and loved them….then I saw this print too. I really liked the look of them on the hanger but now I’m not so sure!

I don’t know if it’s just because they are soooo different to what I usually wear, or if they are actually hideous!!

please be gentle 😅

Opinions on these trousers please

I like, they’re funky.

PeapodRas · 06/08/2024 00:11

I think the style suits you, very flattering. Just not sold on the print but depends what you pair them with I think!

Neveranynamesleft · 06/08/2024 00:15

They look nice, absolutely fine.

Moonshine5 · 06/08/2024 00:18

I don't like them at all. The pattern / print is not happening.

LadySailorr · 06/08/2024 00:19

Don’t like them.

I think the style is good, and you have the figure to pull it off.

But the colour and print are horrible.

TheFormidableMrsC · 06/08/2024 00:23

I like them! I'd wear with a white top though.

shuffleofftobuffalo · 06/08/2024 00:25

I would wear them with a more interesting top / maybe a solid jewel colour. Looks a bit boring with the black.

IHaveNeverLivedintheCastle · 06/08/2024 00:50

I don't wear trousers but I like those. Some posters on here are so conservative in their choice of clothes.
They're a little bit different from standard trousers or jeans but they're hardly outré.

I think the black top is fine too. Black or white top. I think solid jewel colour would lessen their effect.

Stichintime · 06/08/2024 00:52

Ugly to my eye.

ErrolTheDragon · 06/08/2024 01:00

I quite like them, they look good on you and very comfortable, cooler than jeans.

Wear them round the house till you're used to them, it can take a while to feel right in a new style.

Grendell · 06/08/2024 01:03

I like them ~

Ilovetea33 · 06/08/2024 03:29

I like them, but then I have a pair that's similar, picked them up at a market stall.

Devilsmommy · 06/08/2024 03:39

That style really suits you but I don't really like prints but if you do then wear them out

Hangingupnow · 06/08/2024 04:41

Style is good but dislike the print.

RickyGervaislovesdogs · 06/08/2024 04:46

I like them, they look very long though… would look better with a white top imo.

CurlsnSunshinetime4tea · 06/08/2024 05:10

The cut and fit suit your figure well.
It’s up to you if you like the print.
I like the pants and top choice.

InTheBleakMidsummer · 06/08/2024 05:33

Holiday wear.

In everyday life I would be thinking You are not serious people …

GreenPoppy · 06/08/2024 05:43

Agree with being holiday wear. They are a bit too close to looking like pyjama bottoms.

Polkadottydot · 06/08/2024 07:38

I like them and they aren't "out there" like some seem to be suggesting
I've just received some wide leg trousers that I'm trying to get on with instead of jeans. It's a leap but I'm told they're ok so we should go for it!

AnchorWHAT · 06/08/2024 08:01

Love them, i have similar in black andcream

JJathome · 06/08/2024 08:31

I really don’t like them and don’t think they do anything for you.

Doggymummar · 06/08/2024 08:33

They look great

MiddleParking · 06/08/2024 08:36

Ilovetea33 · 06/08/2024 03:29

I like them, but then I have a pair that's similar, picked them up at a market stall.

This is what they make me think of.

Moonlicker · 06/08/2024 09:36

Lovely, but with a different top. People commenting that they don't like the colour may just be being put off because the black doesn't set it off well. A nice loose fitting top in cream or white to continue the bohemian theme & that'll work. I like the link someone else shared to the crochet tip at "next".
