Reproof Burberry trench myself

My black Burberry faded in patches in the sun (top tip never hang your dark clothes next to a window) so I had it redyed by a professional. She didn't reproof it annoyingly and she took so long that I was just pleased to get it back. I'm keen to try and reproof it myself rather than send it off again. Any tips for reproofing products for gaberdine? 🙏

Oh brilliant! I can see she has one on waxing her Barbour but I think I'm going to need something that isn't wax? From recollection the Burburry was more like material but with a slight sheen. Maybe I could use wax.

Oops sorry, I think I misabsorbed Burberry as Barbour in my brain there.

I use a spray on my waterproof hiking clothes by Jack Wolfskin, but you could also use this one to reproof a trench:
