My hairdresser suggested I get a toner 3 months after a balayage. My hair is naturally medium brown and i went for a cooler toned balayage. The balyage has become duller with time. It's still blonde but not as bright.
The time has now come to decide but I'm wondering what the toner will actually do for my balayage?
I already use purple shampoo and it's not brassy. Will a toner actually bring the brightness back so it looks like it was 3 months ago? I think that's what she was implying...
