Is natural nail polish worth the extra cost?

My podiatrist has recommended the Dr Remedy range of nail polishes for toe and finger nails, she said they don't harm your nails like regular polish. I have noticed that when I paint my fingernails particularly they break and flake.

I've looked on Amazon and the Dr Remedy polish is about £17 a bottle and that's without the base coat and remover. Do you think its worth it or is store bought polish as good?

I hope someone answers as I have this issue with nail varnish too.

I always recommend The Salon Life on YouTube. I used to use Nailberry, which are ‘natural’ but she said a lot of it is marketing. She’s normally really helpful so you could maybe message her on Instagram, if you have it. She explained the why behind the natural ingredients being a marketing gimmick too. I just can’t remember what she said off the top of my head. I’ll try and find the message that I had though.

She also has lots of videos about caring for natural nails.
