Have fallen in love with a top but can't afford it...

... and I can't remember the brand. Ngggg. I remembered it all the way home on the bus and now it's gone. I want to say Fire...something. Firebrand? No. Or Touchsomething? Touchstone? Firestone? It's a well known highstreet brand. Quite trendy, urban, jeans and tshirts with graffiti on, that sort of thing.

Gahhh!

And the top... it's sort of a cardigan except it's joined together at the bottom hem. Or maybe like a jumper with the most extreme v-neck ever. It's black, short sleeved, chunkyish crochet and has a hood.

I want it but cheaper. And maybe in brown.

Ummm... that's too much even for the mumsnet genii isn't it.

It sounds quite star wars.

PuhPeng · 14/04/2008 13:33

FIRETRAP! I think that's it!

Could it be third from last in the women's collection? Possibly, but not convinced - that seems to have zips at the pockets. Right sort of shape though.

PuhPeng · 14/04/2008 13:36

Yes, it does sound a bit starwars!

I want to wear it with my lycra onsie and shoulder pointy things.

It's definitely not that one I linked to.

Off to explore Topshop.

"lycra onsie and shoulder pointy things"

I was trying to go with the starwars theme. I may have confused starwars and startrek .

OP posts:
PuhPeng · 14/04/2008 14:01

OP posts:
southeastastra · 14/04/2008 17:37

not really, i've seen them instore, maybe they don't sell them anymore!

PuhPeng · 14/04/2008 19:32

Might be worth a pop in to town to see. I reeeeeeeally want one.

OP posts:
PuhPeng · 14/04/2008 20:29

I cannot find an example of one anywhere.

If anyone hasn't wandered off and boiled their head for something more interesting to do... should I be searching jumbers or cardigans? It's joined at the bottom but split down the front.

OP posts:
PuhPeng · 14/04/2008 20:29

Or even jumpers rather than jumbers.
