I'm loving the denim dresses and skirts in the shops at the moment but not sure whether I can rock the look, being 53! Any of you lovely lot seen anything that fits the bill? Midi length. I'm 5.5 tall, size 12.

I'm the same age, same height and same size as you and have this, looks really nice. If you have big boobs I'd recommend trying the size up as well. I find nobodys child are always cut for small breasts. (I'm a 32FF)

You’re missing the bigger picture, @IHaveNeverLivedintheCastle. The OP needs the section of denim clothing they’re allowed to sell to people who are 53. It’s very limited; most stores haven’t seen such a request this century.

OP, go for it. I’m 40 something and have 3. Denim dresses are timeless and ageless. A micro-mini, may be another matter.

I have a friend who works at Sainsbury's and is always dressed completely in tu ( staff discount) and always looks fabulous. They have some great stuff.
