Jeans for small waist, larger hips

I’ve always really struggled to find jeans that fit me (never have, actually). If I can just about squeeze them over my hips, they’re still baggy at the waist.

I like high-rise, skinny/slim jeans (I know that’s not fashionable, but it’s what I prefer).

I’m about a 6 on top and a 10 on bottom. Roughly 25 inch waist and 38 inch hips. Probably need long leg, but regular might be ok.

Can anyone recommend any jeans that would work for me? Thank you!

I've found the only type that fits nice are jeggings, I know they're not the most stylish but they sit nicely on me and look nice. M&S or next are my favourites.

I do have some levis that are a pretty good fit as well.

Since a teen my jeans have always been loose on my waist but fitted on my hips and thighs!

Tesco have some slim leg/skinny jeans with stretch in them. They're call contour jeans. I don't tend to wear skinny jeans now but always found the ones with stretch fitted better.

I have the same kind of figure op , I've got m and s Sienna straight leg jeans that seem to fit well in all areas. They have a little stretch which helps.

I've found the M&S Sienna jeans are cut for women with bigger thighs than me. To fit comfortably around the hips and waist, they bag around my thighs.

Some M&S styles fit that description - I've bought Sienna before as PP suggested and they work well. And definitely some White Stuff jeans do, as I have bought from them before and they fitted perfectly.

Now I prefer a slightly wider leg, Uniqlo are great. High waisted, tight fit at waist and generous around the hips. Their cords are the same. Lovely cut for pear shapes.

Pretty Little Thing’s Shape jeans have something mad like a 15 inch difference between the hips/ bum and the waist. I wouldn’t usually buy from a company like that, but they are the only jeans I’ve ever had that fit me properly. (Don’t bother with non-denim trousers though; they are basically made of plastic bags.) Denim is denim though, so the jeans, denim shorts and denim skirts are actually grand.

Asos’s Hourglass range is ok, but the difference between the waist and hips isn’t a patch on PLT.

Ps the PLT jeans are also v long in the leg.
