Firstly I ❤️ her and think she's incredibly brave and has been treated appallingly.

But the burning question is...where is that lovely pink blouse from, in her interview with Krishnan G-M? Anyone know?

Yes she has been brave. I think giovanni has a personality disorder. Probably narcissistic, he has all the signs. Continuous self loving and praising. Unable to maintain a relationship, and clearly abusive and inappropriate towards women. The question now is why was this was allowed to continue with contestant after contestant, the bbc has failed here badly.

To be fair, you cannot really diagnose a personality disorder, @Catstaps .
I felt sorry for Amanda because that interview was obviously very challenging. It's difficult to speak up as a woman, you don't want to be difficult, it can affect your career. So well done to her and Zara.
I thought that play sounded interesting.

If the producers watched the footage and told Amanda for five weeks "this is horrific!" why was nothing done? That's what I don't understand.
To be fair, we haven't really heard Giovanni's side, however, the footage obviously gave cause for concern.

Always knew there was something up with him. In our house we always called him ‘Giovanni the f*nny’ ….turns out we were right.

If the bbc acted quicker this could all be prevented. What’s taking them so long to investigate. It’s some video footage and interviews with others. They could have concluded this months ago.

Right, I don't know, @Catstaps maybe you're right. I agree with you about the BBC and don't know why they didn't act then, or seem to be dragging their heels now.

Thanks all. The M&S one isn't it. AA's has got what looks like black embroidery around the collar and the blouse has a lovely drape that makes me wonder if it is silk or a silk mix.

Giovanni has maintained a dignified silence, while she (doubtless courtesy of her PR agent) has been playing victim and venting her spleen all over the media. She's milking the situation big time and no doubt getting well paid for her appearances on the likes of Channel 4 News, Lorraine and in The Sun.

And - to compare her ordeal with being in the trenches is an massive insult to all those who bravely fought and died in wars and had no choice.

She had the choice to quit the show in the first weeks, but chose to stay on despite all this.
