I need a petite winter coat. I'm 5 foot. Any suggestions?

I really struggle to find anything that fits well and doesn't totally drown me. I prefer shorter styles (so not long trench coats) but open to anything if it fits well!

Happy to spend a bit more than average for a good find.

It' s a bit too early in the season for these but in a month or two have a look at Boden and Hobbs (both do petite.)

My suggestion would be to worry about this in October. It's July FFS!

What type of coat do you need? If it’s a puffer type (sorry, showing my age there, I mean one that would be showerproof and wind proof) then Lands End do a good selection of petite coats.

Hobbs or Boden for a smarter petite coat.

m&s used to do decent petite coats but they’ve only done a trench coat for a few years now.

next could be a good bet too.

wait until September would be my advice.

I have a couple of these and I love them .The tailored shape and the fact that they do petite is brilliant !

I don't generally feel the cold ,so may not suit if you do .

@LibertyDuck This has been a quest of mine for like 3 years! Every winter I just wear old jackets that look crap and this year I just wanna look goooood and put together for once
