Best beauty tool of hyperpigmentation/age spots

Hi all,

I currently use my Nuface tool which is fantastic and does the job of tightening my face. But I need something ideally to use alongside it to help with age spots/hyperpigmentation.

Does anything have any recommendations please? I've seen the expensive LED masks - no idea if these work and if there's a cheaper alternative?

DH says I seem to look younger as I get older, but I think it's because I'm more confident as 'me'..

I've been using tretinoin for 6 months and it's evened out my skin tone and faded a dark patch I had on my face.

A cheapo Amazon vitamin C serum every morning has cleared up my pigmentation. In summer I'd get so many freckles they'd join up into patches. All gone.
