Summer holiday and baby weight - need new clothes

I have seen so much good fashion advice on this forum so I hoped I could get some help from you all.

I have two young children, 1 and 3, and I just haven't lost much of the baby weight at all. I am now a size 14 which is big on my frame - with big boobs (still breastfeeding) and chunky legs.

My normal clothes don't fit, I feel very frumpy and plain. I used to dress well but now I feel in a total style rut. I hate seeing pictures of myself.

An old friend has invited my family on holiday this summer, and I am worried about what I will wear (he has a very stylish slim wife which makes me feel even more frumpy). I wonder if you can suggest some clothes and cover ups that might make me feel and look ok? It's France, a lot of time will be spent by the pool but people will dress up a little in the evenings .

I don't have a vast sum to spend but would usually rather buy a couple of better made items that have been made in better conditions if possible. M&S fine too! Just not Shein etc

thank you, so grateful for any help. You're all amazing
