Next Sale Order Delays?

Anyone else experiencing problems with Next orders from their recent sale?

Ordered a few holiday bits. All 'in stock' items and from Next, as lots had longer delivery times advertised. Need for this week.

Delivery due today- nearly 2 weeks after ordering which seems ages for in stock stuff anyway! Not dispatched, customer service will aim to get it dispatched in 24-48 hours which doesn't sound hopeful!

Have I been unlucky or is this typical of Next during sales? It's really put me off ordering again.

I finally got my stuff yesterday. It took 2 weeks.

Anything from the Next Sale takes longer to be delivered than their current stock - It has always been like that.

I have found them to be like this always. My husband ordered suits twice and both times they didn't turn up at all. Delay delay delay then sorry out of stock. That was full price

I had a VIP slot on the Wednesday before the sale went live on the Saturday and everything I ordered was delivered on the Friday morning. That’s never happened before.

Yes! I’ve noticed this too. I’ve always received sale items next day or 2 days later and now it’s 22 days! When I ask Next they keep saying it’s always been that way but I have a years worth of orders that suggest otherwise! It’s such a shame - I used to love shopping at Next online but 22 days for delivery is crazy. 🙄

I ordered a fortnight ago and still have 12 days to wait so you're doing well if it's being delivered in 2 weeks.
