Deep Lines. Photo attached. What treatment?

I have deep wtf lines in between my brows. They look a lot worse and marked in rl than on the photo.

Plus the usual forehead score lines.

What treatment can I have to improve these lines? Or is it just pointless as the damage has been done?

If there are recommendations please could you also give some indication of costs too?

Filler
Botox
Retinol

How long have you had them?
Asking as I've had really deep forehead lines since my teens. My dad has them too. I think they're genetic in my case.
I think I read once that particular type are to treat with Botox etc so I've just left mine.

Honestly? A fringe.
Don’t think any treatments really work much.

Moisturising cream and better sleep and less stress.

Tretinoin (prescription only but available from dermatica and skin&me in a fairly cost effective way) or retinol/retinal (I find medik8 crystal non irritating and effective), hydrating and moisturizing, peptides, exfoliating acids, vitamin c (Skinceuticals is the best one but £££, geek and gorgeous is meant to be good), device like foreo bear (I use cosrx essence with mine). SPF50 to prevent them getting worse. Botox.

I use No7 LABORATORIES LINE CORRECTING Booster Serum on mine. Not cheap, but not too invasive/expensive and not perfect, but i have had visible improvements. Also Factor 50 every day.

Botox could soften them and stop your brow pulling into a frown position, but the only thing that will really truly help you feel better about your lines long term is gratitude that you're old enough to have a lined foreahead in the first place. I have a bit of botox on similar frown lines as I feel they make me look more cross and scary than I actually am, not to look younger.

Your forehead probably looks it's age, and that's ok. You're human, and that's your face, not an egg smooth AI bot.

Botox. I had very deep lines and now my forehead is perfectly smooth.

Sebamed clear face gel,
Garnier spf
Evening:
La roche posay moisturizer,
Tretinoin (0.1) from skinorac
Sebamed clear facial gel
