10 year old spots- what’s best to use?

my ds10 has started getting quite a few spots and I’m wondering what’s best to use?

Im very lucky and have barely ever had any so I’m not sure what to tell him?

he uses that bubble face wash and occasionally their moisturiser.

Any recommendations?

Something with Salicylic acid in, but not too high strength, would be good for spots. This has just 2% salicylic acid, and also niacinamide.
