What shoes with this dress?

I have zero fashion sense and I normally dress for comfort.
I am going to a wedding and have bought this dress:

What shoes you would wear with this?

There will be lots of obligatory tradional dancing that I will have to participate in so the shoes will have to be comfortable and easy to walk to.

I know shoes like that model is wearing in the pics are probably most suited for a wedding and with the dress, but they will probably kill my feet.

Do you think I can get away with wearing white wedges? I still need some height as I am short.
I don't want to spend lots of money as well which will limit my choices.

The dress is light and feminine I’d search out thin strapped sandals with a heel height your comfortable with (block heel or wedge) 1-2 inch max but not white.

It’s pretty hard to find delicate straps when a shoe is built for comfort though particularly at a low price point.

I hadn't thought about going down the navy or nude route so that will give me more options. I like the masie wedge, but they have sold out on my size.

What size are you?

I have always been a 36 EU size depending on the shoe, which I thought it was a 3 and half uk size when I googled it years ago. Having googled it now it says 36 is a 3.
In general finding shoes that fit properly is a struggle as 4s can be too big but 3s sometimes are too tight.

I would wear a nice pair of white or navy french heeled pumps, nothing open-toed or sandal esque.....

Wedding is taking place in a hot country. I am worried my feet will start sweating too much in closed toes.

What about these from the next sale? Not too high and a block heel. And in a 3.5, and only £14 now.
